Welcome to PRiMO App. (referred to hereinafter as ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘PRiMO’). This page (together with documents referred to) is intended to shed light on the terms and conditions necessary to use the PRiMO App. Please read carefully the following prior to requesting any service of the range of services available in the PRiMO App. Upon log in or service request, you do hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions as well as the provisions of use. If not, please do not use the PRiMO App.

  1. An Overview
    - PRiMO is an application managed and administered by Qeemah and Dukan for Groceries Co. It is a Saudi limited liability company duly established under the laws and regulations applied and enforced in the territories of Saudi Arabia under C.R. # (4030282129) issued by Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Qeemah and Dukan for Groceries Co. owns and operates a number of convenience stores in Saudi Arabia, providing a range of high & premium quality products and items at affordable prices. Our product offering includes groceries, confectionaries, non-food items such as tobacco & telecom, personal and home care products, toys and our very own PRiMO café that includes sandwiches, croissants and fresh brewed coffee.
  2. Objective
    - Objective of our services is to provide the customer with convenience and ease of access to our wide range of products thru a direct connection to PRiMO stores.
  3. How to Become a Customer?

    In order to register and place order via PRiMO App. you must be 18+. Upon completion of the order you can collect the items from our nearest PRiMO outlet.


    1. While registering, a username and password will be created for the customer, which shall be used to login to the PRiMO App and place an order. The customer shall duly maintain confidentiality of both the username and password and not to disclose to any third party. Please keep them in a safe place as you will be responsible for all activities and orders made by the use of your own username and password. In case of any breach of your password or personal details contact us immediately.

    2. We reserve the right to put on hold the accounts being suspected of any fraudulent activities of abuse of the service.

  4. Mechanism of PRIMO App.
    - Once placing an order through any of the services available on PRiMO, you will receive a Thank-you E-mail, confirming your order along with a copy of your receipt attached. Please ensure that you have provided us with your correct Email address or cellular phone number since this will be the primary means of communication with you. If you do not receive the order from the store, we will have the right to cancel the order. In such event, you will be placed on the blacklist, which means that you cannot order again from PRiMO. PRiMO is keen to provide high quality services; and will be in touch with you in the event of any issue in your order with regard to the quality of products or lack of availability.   5. Cancellation

    - The customer has the right to cancel its order within 10 minutes of placing it. They may cancel their orders thru the Order Cancellation Entry in the PRiMO App.

    - PRiMO has the right to cancel any order; and the customer is advised about such cancellation shortly together with the justifications for such cancellation. Costs of such cancellation may not be borne by the Customer.

  6. Order Acceptance
    - PRiMO, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, such as restrictions on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product information or pricing, or any problems we may have when preparing the order. Cases that may result in cancellation of the request, and additional information may be requested before any request is accepted. You will be contacted if your order has been canceled in whole or in part.

  7. Prices
    1. - Price of certain products you ordered might subject to changes during or after placement of the order; in such case the customer will not be affected as the price and total of the order shall remain same as received through the confirmation email. Except in the events where an error occurs in the price of product / item. In such a case, we will notify you as soon as possible. When you report the error, you will be able to cancel the request if you want.

    2. - Prices and rates of products will be clearly shown on PRiMO. Prices and rates may vary among products / items according to the trademark, country of origin, and quality of product / item.

    3. - Price and rates of all fruits and vegetables may vary as per weight.

  8. Provision of PRIMO Products
    - We do our best to guarantee permanent availability of our products / items. However sometimes due to delivery challenges we might be unable to provide the product ordered. In such cases we would provide you with alternatives or comparable items/products; cancel and / or replace the product / item with another product / item having different size holding the same trademark.

  9. Date of Expiry
    - Our staff and personnel are all trained and required to maintain expiries of all products to ensure customer are provided with fresh products. Nonetheless, some fresh products / items may have limited expiry timeline on shelf upon arrival to the store. Therefore, it is logically conceived that the shelf time may be less than couple of days when delivered or collected. In case of any product / item expired, PRiMO will refund.

  10. Replacement and Refunding Policies

    We’d like you to be happy with everything you purchase from Primo Should you change your mind about your purchase, please return the product with your proof of purchase, within 7 days, and we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund.

    Please be aware that some products have different return time limits and exceptions when you change your mind. For specific return requirements and for information on how to return a product please refer to the relevant section below.

    All items we supply are required to comply with the contract that Primo enter into with you when you purchase an item or place an order with us. If they don’t, you have the following rights in addition to your legal rights

    Within 7 days of receipt of the goods (or for perishable goods within their use-by date), you will be offered the choice of a repair or full refund.

    Receiving your refund once we have received your product, we’ll refund your money in cash.

    1. By credit or debit card – Your money will be refunded in cash.

    2. By gift card or Apple pay & Pay options – Your money will be refunded in cash.

    If you purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that promotional price. If you are returning items that were purchased on a promotion then the refund will be on the same promotion price you paid.


  11. Our Liabilities
    - To the extent provisions of the law may permit, PRiMO provides service and content on basis of ‘as-is’ or ‘as available’. We may not provide any sort of guarantees with respect to the service content, availability, defect-free or rectification of any defects. PRiMO and other affiliate stores will not assume any responsibilities or liabilities against any direct or indirect losses. In the event of any liabilities assumed by PRiMO or any affiliate stores towards the customer, the total liability shall then be limited to the prices of the products requested by the customer from PRiMO or its affiliate stores.

  12. PRiMO IPR’s?
    - Trade Name of the Company Qeemah and PRiMO for Groceries Co. and relevant trademarks or logos imprinted on some products are considered an exclusive property of the Company ‘Qeemah and PRiMO for Groceries Co.’ as well as any other trade name or mark owned by the Company in the future. PRiMO may not tolerate any breach to the trade name or the trademark. No one could be permitted to have access to the PRiMO App. Using any other name, mark, or logo whatsoever.

    PRiMO together with its suppliers explicitly reserves all intellectual property rights (IPR’s) in all texts, programs, products, operations, technology, content and other materials emerging in the PRiMO App – as well as all rights inclusive of Copyrights. These rights are considered property or licensed to Qeemah and PRiMO for Groceries Co. Unauthorized use or access to PRiMO App. Or contents thereof – inclusive of reproduction, storage or both – except for non-commercial personal use – is prohibited unless after having prior permission from Qeemah and PRiMO for Groceries Co.

  13. Out-of-Control Circumstances
    - PRiMO or any other affiliate stores may not be responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations set forth hereunder this agreement on grounds of an event of force majeure. ‘Force Majeure’ is meant to refer to an abrupt unavoidable and unanticipated incident such as but not limited to the following: earthquakes, hostilities, natural disasters, nuclear reactions, civil riot, unrests, strikes and sit-ins, commotion, etc.

  14. Severity
    - Any provision(s) subject to judicial invalidity or for any other justification or cause may not affect the validity and legality of other terms and conditions.

  15. Amendment of Terms and Conditions
    - PRiMO at any time may amend the terms and conditions without prior notice to the customer. However, you can have access to the latest version of terms and conditions at any time. In case of rejection of amended terms and conditions, you must stop using PRiMO. Nevertheless, continuing use of PRiMO shall be considered an approval on PRiMO amended terms and conditions.
